On behalf of the Elite Surgical’s staff and myself, I would like to extend a warm welcome to you. Our dedicated team of Surgeons, Nurses, Technologists, and Support Staff are eager to provide you with exceptional care and a positive experience.
Our goal was to establish a surgery center that would be significantly different from the others. Hospitals and Surgery Centers approach the delivery of healthcare in many ways but we believe that "there has to be a better way". We believe patients coming to us, on the recommendation of their surgeons, place their trust and life in our hands and we have a duty not to betray their trust, or that of their surgeons’.
At Elite Surgical, we do not look to cut costs at the expense of patient care and safety. Our equipment and instruments are what one would find at any major hospital; therefore, our surgeons have at their disposal what they need to take care of you. It is not only the equipment that matters. The “soul” of our center, our dedicated Staff, is committed to deliver exceptional care and to go above and beyond. how we take care of you and your loved ones, not just delivering care and doing procedures, is what sets us apart.
We Genuinely wish to take care of you, and to that end, we ask you to tell us how we did, what you experienced, and how we can improve. Did one of our team members take exceptional care of you and made you feel welcome and comfortable? We would like to acknowledge them and learn from what they did to make a difference.
Our philosophy is this: We have two "customers", The patient and the surgeon. Our first and foremost priority is you, our patient. We are your advocate and will strive to take care of you and to keep you safe. Our second "customer" is the surgeon. Our surgeons trust us by bringing you to us. We take that very seriously and we will give them the tools they need to take care of you, in a facility that meets and exceed the standards and requirements.
Trust your, and your loved ones', care to us. We encourage you to ask questions because you have a right to know - we will not be offended. In fact, the more informed you are the healthier our partnership becomes. Make sure you are comfortable with everything that is presented to you and you understand it. Tell us how we can do better.
To your good health;
Nosrat Khajavi, DO
